Renters must be 21 years of age or older. There is no maximum age limit.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
Yes. A minimum 6-hour interval is required between bookings to allow for cleaning, inspection, and preparation.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We offer discounts based on rental duration:
5% off – 3-day rentals
10% off – 7-day rentals
15% off – 15-day rentals
20% off – 30-day rentals
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required. The deposit amount will be confirmed at booking and refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Minimum rental: 1 day
Weekend minimum: 2 days
Maximum rental: No set limit (extended rentals available based on vehicle availability)
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
All applicable taxes and fees are calculated at checkout and clearly itemized in your booking summary. Discounts and promotions are applied before taxes when eligible.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 250 miles per day.
What are your standard business hours?
Our standard business hours are 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?
Airport delivery is available at:
Orlando International Airport (MCO): $50 delivery fee
Orlando Sanford International Airport (Sanford Airport): $50 delivery fee
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-ups and returns are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Custom deliveries are arranged based on availability and must be coordinated in advance.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes. After-hours pick-ups and returns may be accommodated through a lockbox system, with advance notice and approval.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
Additional fees may include:
Prepaid Gas Option: $60
Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel
Late Return Fee: $25 per day
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Additional mileage is available if the included miles are exceeded:
Mileage Overage: $0.25 per mile
What is the cost for an additional driver?
There is no charge for an additional driver, as long as they provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and are listed on the rental agreement.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes. Renters are responsible for all toll charges incurred during the rental period.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
A cleaning fee may be applied if the vehicle is returned in excessive condition:
Extremely Dirty: $200
Filthy Condition: $300
